    Phytocare products are wonderful and work beautifully. What is disappointing however, is the frequent price increases which have made the products unaffordable and caused many loyal customers within my circle to pursue alternatives with consistent, reasonable pricing.

    Thank you so much for your feedback. Unfortunately as we had VAT registered last year, the 15% price increase was unavoidable. This year, we had a R20 price increase on some products, whereas other products the prices weren’t increased. The Skin Quench was the only product increased by R50. Unfortunately these price increases do not even cover the increases in varying costs related to our products, however we are doing our best to deliver the highest quality products at affordable rates. We have many clients switching over from much more expensive products over to ours, as they have seen that we deliver the same quality. Also bear in mind that previously we did not offer free shipping on kits, however we do now. Once again, we thank you so much for your feedback.
