R80 for Main Cities (Bloemfontein, Cape Town (excluding Mitchell’s Plain), Durban, East London, Empangeni, Johannesburg (excluding Lenasia), George, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Shepstone and Rustenburg.)

R99 for the rest of South Africa (now including Lenasia, Laudium, Azaadville, Ladysmith, Newcastle and Mitchell’s Plain.)
