How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over R1 200.
For orders under R1 200, we charge a R99 flat rate for shipping within the borders of South Africa.
Kindly note that free shipping will not apply should a discount code be used or for new products. Free shipping may be disabled during selected sale periods and does not apply during the Black Friday sale period.
Who delivers my order?
Fastway is our courier partner.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 2–4 working days. please allow up to 10 working days during sales and peak periods.
How do I track my parcel?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a fastway tracking link when your parcel leaves our warehouse. if you can’t find it, check spam or email us at [email protected]
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped, you may be charged additional fees to the new address provided.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Fastway will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. if you need help, email us with your order number at [email protected].
Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
